Employee Initiative Guidelines
Since the day XanGo opened its doors, our employees have lived the "get involved" creed that evolved into the global XanGo Goodness movement. Participating in the philanthropic program has become a virtual part of the job description at XanGo.
The XanGo Goodness Employee Committee encourages you to get involved in events and activities that best represent the movement of XanGo Goodness. Examples of eligible community events and activities include:
- foundations or events that improve the community
- events or causes that provide positive, sustainable and measurable results within the community
- events or activities that promote the XanGo image and brand in the community
- political or fraternal organizations
- any event or activity that has the potential to be controversial in nature
- any event or activity that may cause a conflict of interest for XanGo
- religious activities
- sponsorships or requests requiring the donation of XanGo¨ Juice
If you are aware of a charitable/community effort that you would like
